Where do you deliver?

When will my order ship?
Order before 10 AM and it ships the same day. After 10 AM, it ships the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 7 days after dispatch. Rarely up to 14 days for remote areas or courier delays.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below ₹999, shipping is ₹79.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, with a ₹79 COD charge. Pay online to avoid it.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details come by email and WhatsApp once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering. Message us with your order number.
Returns & damage
Can I return a perfume if I don't like it?
No. Fragrance can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. We replace damaged, leaking or wrong items.
My bottle arrived broken. What do I do?
Send your unboxing video and order number on WhatsApp (+91 8157 99 1133) within 48 hours of delivery. We send a free replacement.
Why do you need an unboxing video?
It is the only way we can confirm transit damage and resolve your claim fast. Start recording before you open the parcel.
How long do refunds take?
5 to 7 working days to your original payment method, after approval.

What offers are running?
Any 3 Favorites in 50ml for ₹2,499. Any 3 Signatures or Premium in 50ml for ₹2,999. The set price applies automatically in your cart.
Can I mix scents in a set?
Yes, any 3 eligible 50ml bottles. The Exclusive range is not included in set offers.
Do you have discount codes?
Our set offers apply automatically, no code needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe and others), credit and debit cards, RuPay, and Cash on Delivery.
Our perfumes
How strong are SUSI perfumes?
Our perfumes contain 30% perfume oil.
How long do they last?
It depends on the scent and your skin. Each product page shows its typical lasting time.
What is the difference between the attar and the spray?
The 10ml attar is pure perfume oil and alcohol-free. You dab it on. The sprays (30ml, 50ml, 100ml) contain alcohol and are sprayed on.
Are your perfumes halal?
Our 10ml attars are alcohol-free. Our perfume oils come only from suppliers who hold halal certification. Our sprays contain alcohol.
Where are SUSI perfumes made?
Made in India, blended in small batches using imported perfume oils.
What is the shelf life?
2 years. Store away from direct sunlight and heat, with the cap closed.
How should I apply it?
Spray or dab on pulse points: wrists, neck and behind the ears. Don't rub your wrists together, it breaks down the top notes.
Do you have a version of a famous designer perfume?
Tell us the kind of scent you love, fresh, sweet, oud, floral or woody, and we'll point you to the SUSI scent that matches.
