Refund policy

At SUSI, operated by SB VENTURES, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it

  • Have all original packaging, seals, tags, and accessories intact

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or valid order details

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, perfumes and fragrance products that have been opened, used, or whose original seal has been broken are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization or instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an eligible item due to a change of mind or any reason other than a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item received, the return shipping cost may be borne by the customer.

If the return is approved because the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from your order

  • Materially different from what was ordered

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes and fragrance products

  • Products with broken, damaged, or removed seals

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Sale or promotional items, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Gift cards

Nothing in this policy affects any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

Where a direct exchange is not possible, we may request that the original item be returned and a separate order be placed for the new product.

8. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.

If your return and refund are approved, the refund will be processed after 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, wherever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account details or other necessary payment information to process the refund.

Please note that after the refund has been initiated, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the amount in your account.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, the order will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy mentioned above.
